Hydraform Block making does not involve any burning and are water cured, can be cast – in situ reducing transportation cost and energy.  The blocks are made using locally available materials or waste viz. excavated soil, fly ash (waste of brunt coal), quarry dust or other possible options.
A suitable blend is created using minimal cement.

Hydraform interlocking masonry is largely dry stacked as above and use minimal cement and sand in mortar. Blocks are pre-pointed beveled edges and exposed brick finish obviating the need of plaster or minimal plaster if required.

One can achieve suitable rating points under Leed Rating by using Hydraform technology.
